Ticketing FAQs

1 - Delivery of tickets:
Once you have placed your order, your tickets will be emailed to you.  If they have not arrived by email within 24 hours please check your 'junk mail' folder, and then call our ticket line number 01254 368709.
We reserve the right to offer promotional discounts on tickets.
Once a ticket is purchased no discount will be made retrospectively.

2 - Privacy:
We do not store any credit card details as we use a secure payment system - PayPal - to process all online payments.  You can view PayPal's full terms and conditions from their site.  If you have given us permission to use your contact details we may contact you from time to time with information about future events.

3 - Booking fee:A fee of £1 per ticket will apply to all credit/debit card payments online or by phone.

4 - Are the tickets refundable? 
You may request a full refund up until 72 hours after purchasing your tickets, and there will be no charge for that refund. After this tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelled. 

5 -Are the tickets transferable?
Fully. If you are unable to come to a performance, you may give your tickets to others, and purchase tickets on behalf of others.

6 -What if I lose my e-ticket, and the email that it was sent in?
If you still have the email, go back to it and print the ticket again. If you accidentally delete the email, please advise us and we will send you the email again. Non-electronic paper tickets that are lost are not refundable or replaceable - please keep them in a safe place.

8 - What time do the doors open?
At all venues doors open at 7pm for a 7.30 start. The performance finishes at approximately 10.00pm. There are no reserved seats.

Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off during all events, and photography and recording are not permitted.

This event is not recommended for children under the age of 16.
